Polistamp ‘Wood’ bathroom

The walls of this variant are made of 15 mm multilayer wood, laminated with a multilayer composite GRP laminate lining. In addition to the aesthetic aspect, this material offers a welcoming and customisable tactile experience thanks to the availability of various choices of colours and decorations.

The floor consists of a 17-mm fibreglass sandwich panel, which guarantees durability and ease of cleaning.

The ceiling, on the other hand, consists of sandwich panels with painted sheet metal both inside and out and a 40 mm thick layer of rock wool (density 100kg/m^3). This combination provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Polistamp ‘Steel’ bathroom

The floor of this bathroom model features a Kerlite base, 3.5 mm thick and 100x200 mm in size, mounted on a support consisting of a 12.5 mm thick gypsum fibre panel and placed on an additional 12.5 mm gypsum fibre panel.

Acoustic insulation is ensured by strips of Isofom sound-absorbing material and a layer of rock wool, while the perimeter walls are made of 15 mm thick Fermacell gypsum fibre, coupled with galvanised sheet metal coated with paint, on which a 50 mm PET film is applied that can be applied in various designs or colours, available in glossy or matt versions.

Finally, the ceiling consists of a sandwich of sheet metal painted on both sides with a 40 mm thick rock wool insert (density 100kg/m^3).

Polistamp ‘Luxury’ bathroom

One of the main features of this model is the use of 15 mm Fermacell gypsum fibre panels for the walls, mechanically bonded to a 3.5 mm Kerlite panel (size 100x240). Thanks to this combination, a solid, resistant and long-lasting surface is achieved.

The floor, like the walls, is also made of 3.5 mm Kerlite (dimensions 100x200), coupled with a 12.5 mm Fermacell gypsum fibre double panel.

Waterproofing and acoustic insulation is provided by strips of Isofom soundproofing material in addition to a layer of rock wool 60 mm thick and 90 kg/m^3 density. Finally, the ceiling has been designed with the utmost attention to detail. For its construction, sandwich panels of inner and outer painted sheet metal are used, together with a 40 mm thick layer of rock wool (with a density of 100kg/m^3). This combination guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Polistamp ‘Assembly’ bathroom

This is a bathroom cell composed of modules that can be assembled on site.

The walls are made of interlocking sandwich panels with L/R insulation with a density of 90 kg/m^3 with an inner side of 50 mm PET film and an outer side of pre-painted sheet metal. On request, a 3.5 mm Kerlite panel can be glued in place of the PET.

The ceiling consists of a sandwich panel of sheet metal painted on both sides with a 40 mm thick rock wool insert (density 100kg/m^3). The floor is not included.
