Rock wool
PE wall panel in rock wool
The wall panels in rock wool are composed by two steel coats with a rock wool isolating core of 100 kg/m3, interposed by bonding, with oriented or horizontal fibers. The female, the male and headbord are closed with steel sheet ''U'' profiles, making the panel more resistant to the flexibility. The strong point of this panel is the compression resistance, the incombustibility and the sound absorption. These panels are employable in any supporting structure in the wall, for civil and industrial buildings, and they have the A2S1D0 certification.

Advantages
- Customization of the panels with insertion of internal reinforcements or tubes for passage of technical cables and other if necessary (ex. grooves or steps to customer’s drawing)
- Possibility to customize the dimensions in order to reduce the cut number and the production waste
Supports
- Pre-painted steel – cold rolled steel, galvanized following theUNI EN 10142 standards, hexavalent chrome-free treatment and passivation to zirconium salts, primer top layer and polyester paint, bottom layer with backoat application
- Plastic-coated steel – On a support of galvanized steel, polyvinyl chloride film coating (PVC) rigid of the thickness of 120 micron
- Inox steel – machined according to standard compliance certification, cold-forming
- Plastic-coated inox steel – On a inox AISI 304 support, polyvinyl chloride film coating (PVC) rigid of the thickness of 120 micron – white color
- Aluminum – painted or natural
