Your personal data are stored on paper and are collected and stored in the headquarters of the Data Controller.
Your data in computer form are within our DB and stored in our electronic mailboxes.
We also inform you that the site uses a Hosting Space provided by the company ServerPlan S.r.l with registered office in via G.Leopardi 22 03043 Cassino (FR)

7. Withdrawal of consent

8. Minors
The personal data of minors under the age of 16 will not be processed by the Data Controller or any persons in charge except with the prior authorization of the owner of parental responsibility or whoever takes their place.
9. Where will your data be processed?
Your Personal Data will be processed by the Owner within the territory of the European Union.
If, for technical and / or operational reasons, it is necessary to make use of subjects located outside the European Union, we inform you from now on that these subjects will be appointed as Data Processors (EU Representative) pursuant to and for the purposes of referred to in Article 28 of the GDPR and the transfer of your Personal Data to these subjects, limited to the performance of specific Processing activities, will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and will be made known by sending it to the saved e-mail address on our servers with the relevant form for accepting consent.

- confirmation whether or not a Personal Data Processing is being processed that concerns you and to obtain access to the data and the following information such as the purpose of the Processing, the categories of Personal Data, the recipients and / or categories of recipients to whom the data have been and / or will be communicated, retention period; (art.15)
